Duplicated Orders & Items
If you suspect that you may have accidentally ordered doubles of an item or submitted your entire order more than once, please go to My Account-> Order Status.
If you notice a duplicate after your order has shipped, you will have several options. You can refuse the duplicate shipment when the carrier tries to deliver it, or you can return the duplicate after it has been delivered for a refund.
Call 1-877-676-6710 or email us at support@ishopshredders.com immediately if you find a duplicate item or order, whether or not it has shipped.
