Returns

If you need to return an item to iShopShredders, please take the following steps so that we can get you the correct product or a refund immediately.

1. Sign in to My Account at iShopShredders

2. Go to your "Order History"

3. Select "Return Items" next to the appropriate order

4. Check off the item(s) that you returning and a reason for the return

5. Submit your "Return Request"

6. Look for an email from iShopShredders in the next 24 hours. If your request is approved, we'll send you the new item and a pre-paid shipping label for the return.

7. Affix the pre-paid shipping label we send you to the the original packaging and ship back to us using a trackable shipment method, or we will arrange for a carrier to retrieve the package containing the broken/incorrect item from you.
